Staff

Meet the friendly staff at V.E.T. Care Hospital!

  • Nadia Damron
    Technician

Nadia joined our team in August of 2018. She has always wanted to work with help animals, she's it is all she has wanted to do as far back as she can remember. Nadia thinks working in a vet clinic gives you the opportunity to see the different companionship's between owners and their pets and how happy people are.

When Nadia is not helping your pet, she enjoys spending time with her own, a 4 year old yorkie and a shih tzu puppy.

  • Jastyn
    Receptionist

Jastyn started working at V.E.T. Care Hospital in July 2017. She's known forever that she wanted to help animals and was finally given the chance. She loves every bit of it and learns new things everyday. Jastyn has her own 7 year old fat cat she's had since he was a kitten. He can be feisty at times but loves cuddles, treats and being talked too in high pitched voices the best. She also lives with her brother Jharytt and bestfriend Edwin who like coming to help on kennel days to meet all the pets. Jastyn plans to start fostering animals when she moves to a bigger house while they're waiting for forever homes and might even keep some of the babies herself.

  • Chelsey Shearer
    Technician

Chelsey joined our staff at V.E.T. Care Hospital in May of 2018. She is currently a senior at Tarleton State University for animal science/ pre-vet. Chelsey is graduating in December and will be headed to further her veterinary education next August. When not at the clinic or at school, Chelsey is busy cuddling up with dogs, cat, cow and DONKEY!

  • Emily
    Receptionist

Emily has been with us at V.E.T. Care Hospital since March of 2016, after moving to Texas from South Carolina. Since moving to Fort Worth, she has played a large role in our community. Emily volunteers with the Fort Worth Recreational Centers and fosters for our partnering rescue, The Abandoned Ones.

When Emily is not at work, she still is usually surrounded by dogs. She has two of her own, Moose and Lolli, and is a foster mom for The Abandoned Ones. She also spends all of her free time being human mom to two little girls., Presley and Lydia. The girls love coming to the clinic anytime they can and visiting.
